Premium Pelvic Wand – For Trigger Point and Pelvic Floor Muscle Relief
Discover targeted relief with our Premium Pelvic Wand, expertly designed by a pelvic health physical therapist. Made from silky smooth, medical-grade silicone, this wand helps release tightness, tension, and trigger points in the pelvic floor muscles — including deep and hard-to-reach areas like the obturator internus and puborectalis.
Key Features:
- Made with soft, body-safe, medical-grade silicone for smooth and comfortable use
- Dual-ended design suitable for both vaginal and rectal therapy
- Specially shaped to reach superficial and deep pelvic floor muscles for effective pain relief
- Easy to clean, non-porous, BPA-free, and latex-free
How to Use
Step 1: Preparation
- Wash the wand thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Choose a private, comfortable space — such as your bed — where you can relax.
Step 2: Choose Your End
- The curved end with a pointed tip is ideal for trigger points near the entrance of the vagina or rectum.
- The longer, rounded end helps reach deeper areas of tension.
Step 3: Apply Lubricant
- Use a generous amount of water-based lubricant on the tip of the wand (about 1–2 inches) and the vaginal or rectal opening. Avoid silicone-based lubricants to protect the wand’s surface.
Step 4: Position Yourself
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. You can also lie on your side with a pillow between your knees if that’s more comfortable.
Step 5: Relax and Insert
Take slow, deep breaths. As you exhale, gently insert the wand. Breathing deeply helps relax your pelvic floor muscles for easier insertion.
Step 6: Find Tender Points
- Gently move the wand until you find a tender or tight spot. Apply gentle pressure—similar to pressing a tomato to check ripeness. Do not press too hard.
Step 7: Release the Tension
- Hold light pressure on the tender point for 1–2 minutes while breathing slowly and deeply. Move your leg gently if needed until the discomfort eases.
Why Choose This Wand
Regular use of a pelvic wand can help relieve pelvic floor pain, improve muscle relaxation, and support recovery after childbirth, pelvic surgery, or chronic tension.
